Jan Armani, Personal Care Associate – Home Care Services

Jan is very well known at CP, as she is connected to several residents and team members through church. She is also a daily care partner for one of the Suites residents. In addition to her unwavering dedication to the resident she is partnered with, Jan constantly contributes to the Clermont Park Community as a whole. In August she donated a variety of delicious homemade baked goods to the Bake Sale fundraiser, helping us collect over $1000 for the Alzheimer’s Association. And in September Jan helped organized a very special tea for the ladies of the Suites. She arranged the beautiful table settings and refreshments. The ladies who attended felt so special! Jan volunteers her time, resources and love to enrich the lives of all residents, which makes her a shining star in our book!

Christian Living Communities mentor program, which matches experienced caregivers with new hires, continues to yield positive results.We recently recognized the latest mentor program graduates, which included nurse and certified nursing assistant (CNA) mentors from all three communities.
