Promise-Star

PROMISE Stars live out these customer service principles: Personalize interactions, Respect each person, Own each person’s problem as if it’s yours, Make everyone’s life better, Invite people to connect and Exceed expectations.

Tiffany Trout, Corporate Information Coordinator – Home Office

Tiffany joined CLC just over a month ago and has already made a significant difference.   Not only is she learning her role quickly, she is a warm, welcoming and positive impression for both team members and those she interacts with on the phone and in the reception area.

But it’s the extra things Tiffany does that earns her this week’s PROMISE Star. Without being asked, Tiffany has reorganized home office’s entire breakroom to include office supplies and glass and dishware. This has made finding things for team members a breeze.  In addition, she has reorganized her workspace to create a more professional appearance, thereby creating a more positive first impression for vendors, guests and anyone else visiting home office.

Just today she was washing down the back wall where the logo resides. When asked why, she said it makes a poor impression on a person if they see smudges on the wall. Talk about owning things and working hard to present CLC in the greatest way. Thanks Tiffany for all you do!!
