Do you charge a fee to come out and visit/meet with me?
No, we do not charge a consultation assessment fee

What is your minimum hour of service requirements?
We have a two hour minimum unless you’re a resident within our CLC communities or within a one mile radius of our communities.

How long do I have to have service for? Is there a contract required?
The duration of service is a decision driven by you and/or your family members and/or POA.  We base length of services on your specific needs. 

There’s never a contract for our services. We provide a home care service agreement designed to set up the specific needs of service as well as provide the approval needed to be in your home.

How much do I have to pay upfront?  Do you require a deposit?
There are no upfront costs or deposit fees. CLC Home Care bills after you receive services. 

Do you have contractors or employees?
CLC Home Care employs our Home Care staff and associates.

Do I have to pay the caregiver?
No, our caregivers and care associates are employees of CLC Home Care, therefore, CLC is responsible for their payroll and their payroll taxes.

What happens if the caregiver is injured while taking care of my family member?
CLC Home Care staff is covered by workers’ compensation insurance, liability insurance and they are also bonded–all provided by CLC.

Is there a nurse on staff?
Yes, CLC Home Care has a Home Care RN on staff. Our RN oversees our clients’/residents’ medical care needs.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
At the current time CLC Home Care doesn’t accept Medicare and/or Medicaid. However, we partner with preferred providers who can meet your Medicare and/or Medicaid needs. We do accept private pay and LTC Insurance.

What if I have a need after normal business hours?
CLC Home Care can be reached 24/7 at 303-753-4593. We have staff on-call after hours to assist with your needs.

Do I have to have services every day?

No, CLC Home Care services are designed to meet your individual needs. Whether your care need is once a week, PRN or every day, we’re here to assist you with an individualized plan of care.

Do you offer transportation services?
Yes, our Home Care associates are available to provide transportation services.

Do you screen your employees?
Yes, our Home Care associates are screened prior to being hired through extensive background screenings, employer references as well as DMV and Sex Offender Registry checks.

Are your Home Care employees trained?
We provide monthly training subjects for each CLC Home Care associate and annual competencies are conducted.
