Home Care & Respite Care: Our Home Care Services provides the extra help that you or your loved one needs. Each companion is carefully matched with your family. Each associate is bonded and insured, providing personal care, transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping and errand assistance. Additionally some medical services may be provided. As space is available in our communities, respite services may be provided in our assisted living or skilled nursing neighborhoods as well. Respite by definition is a break for the caregiver – in CLC’s case we can offer that break either in your home or in one of our communities or adult day services.

Adult Day Services: Our Adult Day Services provides a respite for caregivers and fosters social interaction and a sense of purpose for our “club” members. Our intimate group of friends enjoys stimulating activities for the mind, body and spirit during the day and returns to the comforts of home in the evening.

Chaplain Services: As a faith-based organization we understand the important role of spirituality in the aging process. We have a team of chaplains in each of our communities and services daily supporting and encouraging older adults in their chosen faith or spirituality practice. This team works closely with social workers in providing emotional support to each person as they continue on their successful aging journey.
