Words cannot express what a pleasure it has been to work with the dynamic duo known as Russ and Gladys over the last 11 years. Not only were you always great leaders, but you became great friends through out the years. Many blessings to you both for happy and well deserved retirements!

I am so very blessed having worked with both Gladys and Russ! To not see you both every day is going to be difficult to adjust to. Thank you Gladys for providing such guidance over the years and making me a part of your family when I moved here. And thank you Russ for your mission to revitalize Clermont Park - without that project I may never have met my husband. You both will be greatly missed! Enjoy retirement!! 🙂

As a newer team member to CLC - I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Gladys and Russ before the big retirements! The culture that they had such an integral role in creating is a powerful legacy that stands as a testament to their leadership. These will be difficult shoes to fill!
