One night a resident at the community was having a really bad night. Shari, sensing that they needed extra attention went with the resident to her apartment and stayed with her for a while. During their time together, Shari not only provided companionship, she made sure the resident ate as it the resident hadn’t had her evening meal. According to the team member who submitted this PROMISE Star, Shari is a very special person and CLC and the residents are blessed to have her. Shari always shows sincere concern and compassion for residents and goes the extra mile.
