It’s important to recognize those people who are behind the scenes, making life better for team members and residents. David Tompkins is one of those people. In addition to his work in ensuring that the clinical team has the right technological tools in our operating communities, David also does a lot of work on the Cappella side coordinating clinical technology for our managed communities that are under construction. David always goes the extra mile in vetting available technology, working through problems and advocating for the solutions that balance the community owner’s needs with that of the future residents and team members. It often takes extra work and time but David always stays focused on what is important —the residents we are serving and supporting and the team members who work most closely with them.
