National Quality Measurement Company Bestows 2025 Awards

We are pleased to share the outstanding performance of senior living communities both owned or managed by Christian Living Communities (CLC) and our management arm, Cappella Living Solutions (Cappella), with the announcement of the 2025 Activated Insights Awards. As an organization that is fully committed to its vision, mission, and values, CLC enlists the help of Activated Insights (formerly Pinnacle Quality Insights), a national quality measurement company, to regularly and proactively seek out feedback on how we’re following through on those commitments. Hearing the thoughts, ideas, experiences, and wishes of residents and family members is critical to our ability to sustain our mission. Feedback is gathered monthly by the unbiased, third-party organization by talking directly with residents and families.

Clermont Park and Holly Creek Earn Customer Experience Award 14 Years in a Row

CLC has partnered with Activated Insights for nearly 15 years, which has equipped us with invaluable perspectives that empower us to continue improving the quality of services and care we offer.

During that tenure two communities, Clermont Park and Holly Creek have earned a Customer Experience Award 14 years in a row. This is an incredible achievement that is not easy to attain. Earning an award means the two communities were consistently ranked by residents and families, who took part in a quality measure survey process, as being in the top 15% of the 2,700 senior living providers across the country.

Measuring resident and family member satisfaction through monthly surveys

Every month, Activated Insights representatives conduct surveys over the phone with residents and family members of all CLC-Cappella communities. Participants are asked to rate their satisfaction in several areas, including communication, dignity and respect, activities, safety and security, quality of food, and overall satisfaction. While participants provide a rating of one to five, with five being the highest, they also can offer candid comments and details regarding why they gave that rating, which are transcribed and included in monthly survey reports that are shared with community leadership.

A few of the comments from residents and families include:

“Overall, I am happy. It is personalized care. I have no concerns.”

“I’ve appreciated the cleanliness, the brightness and the staff is remarkable!”

“The staff has been wonderful to work with. They care about the residents. They try to make it a nice place to live. We feel comfortable there.”

Having both quantitative ratings and explanatory comments provides CLC-Cappella communities with a snapshot of the quality of their services, and an in-depth look at areas where they are excelling and areas where they can improve. One of the clearest indicators of our quality of care and services is how many residents and family members say that they would recommend CLC-Cappella communities to others.

CLC-Cappella communities awarded for 2025 customer experience

Numerous CLC-Cappella communities have received the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award over the years. The awards are based on Pinnacle’s monthly surveys and recognize the top 15% of providers nationally in a variety of categories.

Receiving a Customer Experience Award is a prestigious honor. Of the 2,700 care providers who participate, and more than 150,000 customer interviews conducted, only those providers that rank in the 85th percentile or higher receive this award. In 2025, CLC-Cappella communities received 43 awards.
