Did you get new “wheels” for Christmas or did you vow to get a new vehicle this year? Here’s an easy way to dispose of your old car and make a difference in the lives of older adults. Christian Living Communities is partnering with Cars Helping Charities, also a Colorado non-profit, to make it convenient and hassle-free for you to donate your car and support CLC.

Last year, CLC received $4,220 through these donations!

Simply follow these three easy steps to donate:
• Call 303-423-CARS (2277) or 866-702-CARS (2277) toll-free to begin the donation process or visit CLC’s car donation web page here.
• Schedule a convenient date and time for your donated car or other vehicle to be picked up at no cost to you.
• Your vehicle is then sold at the highest price achievable and you will receive a tax deduction for that amount.

It is really that easy. You may donate any kind of vehicle, running or not, including trucks, vans, boats, motorcycles, snowmobiles—the list goes on. You will be provided a receipt at the time your vehicle is picked up and once it sells you will be provided an additional receipt for your taxes.
