For many hard-working Americans, it’s a struggle to make ends meet.

That’s true for some Christian Living Communities associates. In order to respond to this need, last year the Team Member Critical Needs Assistance Program was established. The program, which is strictly funded through donations, offers one-time, emergency grants for qualifying team members who need extra support with a housing or transportation shortfall.

Thus far, six team members have been helped. Thanks to the generosity of more than 50 donors, we have raised an additional $7,000, nearing our goal of $10,000 and enabling us to assist even more team members in need.

Team members have to be in good standing and have been employed with Christian Living Communities for at least six months.

WorkLife Partnership, a non-profit that provides personalized assistance for employees facing challenges to job success, administers the program.
