Cappella Living Solutions was created in 2014 for the simple purpose of sharing. We want to share our experience, expertise, and passion for creating communities where aging is honored and celebrated with anyone who needs our services. We are proud of our managing and consulting services, touching more older adult lives in many more ways.
We were approached by Mercy Housing for a potential management agreement for Dayspring Villa, an assisted living community in Northwest Denver. Because Mercy Housing did not have experience in assisted living, they opted instead to affiliate with CLC-Cappella for the operations of Dayspring Villa while still retaining ownership of the property.
CLC-Cappella remained flexible during the negotiations and welcomed Dayspring Villa as a neighborhood of Christian Living Communities in early 2016.

CLC-Cappella began to first work on establishing systems, culture, removing existing outside agency, and right-sizing the payer mix. As shown above, just one year after become affiliated with CLC-Cappella, Dayspring is a vibrant, empowered, and well-functioning community.

Bella Vita: Changing its Trajectory
Bella Vita is an active adult apartment community located in the heart of Aurora, Colorado. Two years after opening, the community had not reached stabilized occupancy and was experiencing financial challenges. Under Cappella’s leadership the community reached 100% occupancy and had a 29% improvement in net operating margin in less than one year. That was more than five years ago, and the community continues to thrive!
