Jill Vitale-Aussem
President and Chief Executive OfficerBiography
Jill Vitale-Aussem serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Christian Living Communities, where she leads the organization’s vision, culture, and growth across a continuum of services dedicated to older adults.
With more than 25 years of experience in senior living, Jill has led nursing homes, assisted living communities, and life plan communities. She previously served as President and CEO of The Eden Alternative, advancing a global movement focused on improving quality of life for older adults and their care partners. During her earlier tenure with CLC, she led the $75 million redevelopment of Clermont Park.
Jill is a licensed nursing home administrator, Reframing Aging facilitator, and a graduate of the LeadingAge Leadership Academy. She holds degrees from Alfred University and Cornell University. A recognized thought leader, she is the author of Disrupting the Status Quo of Senior Living: A Mindshift and speaks on leadership, culture change, and ageism.
Bryon Childs, CPA
Chief Financial OfficerBiography
Bryon Childs serves as Chief Financial Officer of Christian Living Communities, where he oversees financial strategy, operations, and long-term fiscal stewardship.
Since joining CLC in 2007, Bryon has guided financial planning, capital strategy, and organizational performance. His background includes leadership roles in corporate finance, accounting, and investment management across both healthcare and private sector organizations.
Bryon holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. A Certified Public Accountant, he is a graduate of the LeadingAge Leadership Academy and an active member of professional accounting organizations.
Jayne Keller
Chief Operating OfficerBiography
Jayne Keller serves as Chief Operating Officer for Christian Living Communities, leading operations across communities with a focus on quality, innovation, and resident experience.
With more than 30 years of experience in senior services, Jayne has led across the full continuum of care. She started her career with CLC as the Executive Director at Holly Creek. She is known for her strong operational leadership and her ability to drive performance while advancing creative solutions to complex industry challenges.
Jayne has served in governance roles with the Colorado Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and a master’s degree in health services administration from Regis University and is a graduate of the LeadingAge Leadership Academy.
Pam Sullivan
Vice President of Communications and PhilanthropyBiography
Pam Sullivan leads communications, and philanthropic engagement for Christian Living Communities, helping connect the organization’s mission to the communities it serves.
With more than two decades of experience with the organization, Pam has held leadership roles across development, marketing, and communications. She has a strong background in branding, storytelling, crisis communication, and strategic engagement, with a career that began in broadcast journalism, where she earned two Heartland Emmy Awards.
Pam is known for aligning brands, messaging, and partnerships to expand CLC’s impact and influence both locally and across the senior living field. She serves on the executive committee of the South Metro Denver Chamber board of directors.
Jeff Trout, CPA
Vice President of FinanceBiography
Jeff Trout serves as Vice President of Finance, overseeing financial operations for consulting and third-party management services.
With more than two decades of experience with the organization, Jeff has held several leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Project Management Officer. He brings deep expertise in financial strategy, business development, and operational oversight.
Jeff holds a degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dan Swiatkiewicz
Vice President of Sales and MarketingBiography
Dan Swiatkiewicz serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, leading occupancy strategy and growth across communities.
He has held leadership roles across operations, admissions, and national sales.
A licensed nursing home administrator and graduate of the LeadingAge Leadership Academy, Dan is passionate about person-directed care and transforming how aging services are experienced and perceived. He currently serves on the Eden Alternative Board of Directors.

Jeff Tucker serves as Vice President of Human Resources, leading people strategy, culture, and organizational development for Christian Living Communities.
With nearly 25 years of experience in human resources leadership across nonprofit and public-sector organizations, Jeff brings deep expertise in workforce development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. He previously served in senior HR leadership at WellPower, supporting large, mission-driven teams.
Jeff holds a law degree from Drake University and is passionate about creating career pathways, supporting internal advancement, and embedding equity and inclusion into organizational practices.
Angela Allen, RN, BSN
Vice President of Clinical ServicesBiography
Angela Allen is a clinical leader at Christian Living Communities with more than a decade of experience across nursing and operational leadership roles.
She has served as Director of Nursing at Clermont Park and in regional support roles, where she has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth, team development, and quality outcomes.
Angela is dedicated to enhancing the experience of residents and supporting those who serve them. Angela is a graduate of the Leading Age Leadership Academy.
Dave Tompkins
Vice President of Technology and Privacy OfficerBiography
David Tompkins serves as Vice President of Technology and Privacy Officer, leading enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and data governance for Christian Living Communities.
With more than 35 years of experience, David has led large-scale technology initiatives across healthcare and professional services. His work focuses on aligning technology, cybersecurity, and data systems with operational and clinical priorities.
He brings deep expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure modernization, EHR systems, and privacy compliance, ensuring technology supports both organizational performance and high-quality care.
Robert Smith

Robert Smith serves as Executive Director of Chaplaincy Services, leading spiritual care across Christian Living Communities.
He brings experience in senior living, parish ministry, and healthcare chaplaincy, with a strong commitment to supporting individuals in living their faith and spirituality with meaning and purpose.
Robert holds a Master of Divinity degree and is an ordained minister who has completed clinical pastoral education training.

With more than 25 years of senior living experience, her career has spanned roles from caregiver to senior leadership. She brings expertise in dementia care, operations, and team development.

With a lifelong career in long-term care, she brings experience in both community leadership and regulatory roles. She is known for her problem-solving approach and commitment to supporting residents, families, and team members.
