Signature Programs

Christian Living Communities doesn’t just provide exceptional housing and care for older adults. As an organization comprised of experienced, well-researched, and passionate team members, we have developed a wide array of services and programs to meet and sustain our mission of enriching the quality and dignity of life for older adults.

Partnerships That are Redefining Senior Living

Christian Living Communities is proud to partner with a number of organizations that are as passionate about disrupting aging services as we are. These partnerships inform and inspire CLC’s mission and enable us to provide a higher level of service for older adults.

CLC is a convener and connector organization with excellent skills for aggregating best practices to repurpose into new approaches that will benefit older adults, other communities, and the public at large.

Denver-based Dispatch Health provides in-apartment/suite services in many of CLC's communities, helping residents remain in their apartment homes longer, reduce unnecessary rehospitalizations, and to serve as an extended care partner in coordinating transitions of care. Our Holly Creek community was one of Dispatch Health’s first senior living partners.

Redwood Health Partners offers primary care services to all residents at four CLC communities. A medical concierge works with each resident to create a personalized clinical support plan that ensures clear communication and continuity between community care partners and the Redwood clinic medical staff.

Infinity Rehab provides residents of multiple CLC communities with convenient access to a full continuum of therapy – including physical, occupational, and speech therapy – right from their communities. Residents enjoy flexibility with appointment times, continuity with the therapy staff, and coordinated care between the community staff and therapy staff.
